I consider myself a self-driven, trustworthy, and committed professional with a keen focus on delivering results. My career spans over 10 years as a Quality Management professional, during which I’ve honed my skills and built a reputation for integrity, a teachable attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy clients.

I firmly believe in the significance of establishing robust procedures and policies to address operational, quality, safety, health, and environmental concerns in the workplace. Over the course of my career, I’ve held various positions, accumulating extensive expertise in areas such as quality control, risk management, regulatory and administrative matters, environmental protection, health and safety, ISO audits, and compliance.

My hunger for knowledge, rapid learning capabilities, strategic planning acumen, and a drive to enhance processes have consistently enabled me to successfully complete challenging assignments within deadlines. Notably, I single-handedly initiated and launched the Quality Management division, addressing critical needs such as resolving audit nonconformities, process enhancement, SOP and policy documentation, supply chain monitoring, regulatory compliance, CAPA effectiveness evaluation, staff training on quality management systems, and achieving ISO 9001, 15189 and 13485 certifications.

My academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and biotechnology, reflecting my curiosity about microorganism origins, development, structure, function, and their intersection with quality assurance, product quality, measurement, and testing.

Furthermore, I hold certifications as a PECB-Certified ISO 9001 Senior Lead Implementer and PECB-Certified Trainer which further demonstrate my expertise and commitment to quality management. I am also trained in the newly updated ISO 15189:2022 standard.

My ultimate goal in every role I undertake is to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of quality.
