I am Mazi Sam Azoka Onyechi, a native of Ogidi in Anambra State of Nigeria. I hold an MBA in Leadership from the University of Liverpool. I am the Managing Director of Inspection and Tests Nigeria Limited, a Quality Control and Quality Assurance Company, the first indigenous Authorized Inspection Body accredited to ISO 17020 with a mechanical testing laboratory equally accredited to ISO 17025, having offices in Port Harcourt and Lagos, Nigeria. I am a lead assessor with NiNAS, married with children and a Knight of the Anglican Communion.
